2001 Convention in New Orleans

The annual convention of Personal Chefs Network was held April 19-21, 2001 in New Orleans, LA. This photo was taken with Christopher Kimball at a roundtable discussion that followed a dynamic panel discussion about “Staying Ahead of the Curve” during the Gourmet Products Show. Discussed were emerging cuisine trends on the horizon by a panel of industry experts that included Mr. Kimball, Renée Behnke, President of Sur La Table, and Pat Adrian, Editorial Director of The Good Cook.
